There is a standard delivery charge to UK Mainland addresses of £14.99 inc VAT. Particularly heavy items we reserve the right to apply a surcharge.

Delivery

All UK orders are on average dispatched and delivered within 5-10 working days, earlier if at all possible. Public Holiday periods will extend these lead times, as our main suppliers close for ordering during these times. Please contact in advance for transit times before placing orders to avoid disappointment if in doubt.

Refunds & Returns:

If you wish to send back your item as you are not happy we are happy to refund you. Please note, if you have purchased an item with free shipping, we reserve the right to refund the cost of the goods minus the cost of shipping of our standard flat rate.

Damages & Claims:

If you receive your order damaged, you must sign for the item as “DAMAGED“. We also require photographic evidence of the item(s) claimed for clearly showing damage to external packaging, internal packaging, parcel label on item and damage to the item. Failure to do so will result in us not being able to refund or replace items.

Deliveries

Deliveries are dispatched via DHL using their Track + Trace Next Working Day service, At the time of dispatch, an SMS or e-mail will be sent, by DHL (using the supplied mobile number / e-mail address) detailing timed delivery details and tracking information.

Large orders

Large orders or particularly heavy items, may also be subject to additional charges, but these will only be applied following full discussion. Large orders can be shipped via Pallet if necessary and could be more cost effective.
